the AGS Installers: They all work for AGS. We can not emphasize how important this is! They are on the payroll of AGS, trained by AGS and accountable for each installation! They are dispatched and supervised by a principle of AGS! We do not use part-time or subcontract installers! (In fact, some of the manufactures we represent call on AGS to install the products they sell directly!) Pieces parts: Take the typical windows installation. The customer sees just the window, but a correct installation requires specialized tools and parts to do the job right. AGS sends fully equipped trucks and trailers to each installation with the equivalent of a full wood shop and a hardware store. They are stocked with the correct pieces and parts to do the job instead of just "making something work."
